Balls Family Reunion 2011

Like I mentioned earlier, we had a Balls family reunion over the 4th of July. We had a great time with all our family! We had a friendly Wii dance competition between Jacob and brother-in-law Nathan. Jacob won of course, then the wives had one. Dorene thought she'd make up for Nathan's score, but Team Morrise was victorious yet again!

We also helped clean out my Grandma Balls' house and some of us even found treasures to take home!

There was a HUGE water fight that filled up most of the day. Steven was in heaven just playing with water till his heart content and didn't seem to notice the fight going on around him.













And of course there were fireworks to help us celebrate. Steven joined the group inside, so he didn't have to get too near the fireworks.

July 4th, 2011

We spent our Independence Day in Soda Springs, of course. If you need a refresher of why I love celebrating the 4th in my home town, read here.

At first he was nervous of all of the floats coming by so close to him. But by the end he was in candy heaven! He thinks firetrucks always give out candy; now every time we see a firetruck or a firetruck is mentioned, he wants candy.

Family Picutres

Over the weekend of the 4th of July, we had a Balls family reunion (post later to come) where we took family pictures. I think they turned out really cute, but first here are some that I took while we were waiting our turn.
