Introducing Max Gordon Morrise

Max Gordon was born 9:56 a.m. weighing 7 lbs 13 oz, 19 1/2 inches long.  He had no complications in the hospital other than failing his hearing test the first time because of too much wax.  Other than that, as perfect as can be!
Right after coming home, Max spent his afternoon snuggling with daddy while watching General Conference
Max is named for Max Chatwin, a wonderful man who was Jacob's first home teaching companion and a great example to Jacob. He was also named for President Gordon B. Hinckley whose death brought us together, the story is written here.  Both men are wonderful examples of service to their fellow men and to their God, smart, hard working, and family oriented.

Max takes a binki fairly well and is mostly likely to fall asleep anywhere.  And often brought his hands up while sleeping and left it in midair.
Max is very loved by his older brothers and is actually very patient for when they come close to "love" him and his twin.
Max is so chill.  Honestly I feel bad because out of all of his brothers he needs the least attention so he doesn't get as much.  At least I'm aware of this and can hopefully compensate for it.
Everyone when looking at Spencer and Max, immediately points to Max and says, "This one looks like Steven."
At 2 weeks: Max weighed 7 lbs 10 oz, was 20.7 inches long, and his head circumference was 35.7 cm.  Which put him in the 22% for weight, 62% for length, and 49% for head.  This means he hadn't gained back his birth weight yet, which concerned the doctor a little but after he heard how much he eats he felt better.
Max is so good at tummy time, and rarely cries.
Once again he's perfect!
Thanks for coming to our family Max!
We Love You!
