Family Outings

Steven's School Carnival:
Steven and Christopher refusing to touch any of the reptiles

The bounce houses were a hit

And these awesome guys along for the ride.
Note to self: never give cotton candy to these boys again.
William had hard sugar stuck in his hair, neck, face, hands, and shirt.
(most of that was from Ryan's cotton candy)
 Provo River Trail:
We went to find a good place to fish as a family.  It was fun, gorgeous, and really did a wonder for my heart.
Insert The Andy Griffith Show theme song (with a little brother following behind)

such a cute happy boy!

Love this picture of my "little" family

I told William to turn around for a picture.  He sat down and gave me these.
He's too cute and he knows it.

These next pictures crack me up.  Ryan found a grasshopper on the path and well it was adorable.

It was great, until Jacob slipped and fell in while banging his leg and head on neighboring rocks.  He then tried to keep fishing, knowing that if he just caught one tiny fish it would be the best thing ever for the boys.  No luck, but he gets brownie points in my book for trying so hard.

These two held hands and walked for a minute.  Literally a minute and no more. (don't get used to it mom!)

Spencer's sweet smile
tried for a cute photo op, and these were the best we could get.

then we picked Grandma and Grandpa Morrise's apples

One Saturday we were trying to keep the boys awake until bed time (they missed naps) so we went out to do some shopping and realized it was the grand opening of a new thrift store we couldn't refuse. It turned out to be really fun.  The workers were so nice and gave each boy a balloon while telling us how adorable our children are and how loved they were.  They even gave Steven and Christopher an extra one each because theirs floated to the ceiling.  Then as we were leaving they gave us some vouchers to eat at the food vans outside.  It wasn't just for a couple bucks but a value of at least $25!

William and Ryan's balloons floated shortly after being outside
